Host Account

Used when a guest check-in is emailed to you. You can replace the demo address with your real email.
Both selected: when a guest submits check-in, you get an email and a WhatsApp message with their details. Form is also saved under Confirmations.
Banking details
Guest payments (Apple Pay, Visa, Ozow) are paid into this account.
Guests see the bank and a masked account number. Full details stay on your account and are used when they pay.

New Booking
Dropdown lists every room registered for this property on Dashboard → Edit → Rooms.
Saved on your account and stays in this dropdown.
Choose the guest’s country, then their number (no country code, leading 0 optional).
These amounts show on the Guest tab for (demo) payment before they can submit the check-in form.
On save, guest name, email and mobile are copied to the Guest tab automatically. The guest only fills the remaining fields (ID, number of guests, terms, etc.).
If check-in is more than 7 days away, the booking is saved as Awaiting confirmation and the guest is not sent the link until 7 days before arrival. Cancel from History if they cancel.
Demo tip: guest links work on this same browser until cloud launch. Use Preview guest or History → Open guest form.

Line 1 is automatic (property + guest name). Below that you can write anything you want — house tips, check-in time, rules, etc.

Guest Confirmations
Completed check-in forms are stored permanently here (demo: this browser). Each submit also notifies you via your Account communication method.
Booking History
Bookings more than 7 days before check-in stay active here and are not sent to the guest until 7 days before arrival. Cancel if the guest cancelled — the link will not go out.
